Born: 1925-1935.
Found: August 7, 1975, on the shore of Lake Ontario, near the Confederation Park Recreation Area (see map below). She may have been in the water for up to one year.
Physical description: Female, white, 5'1" - 5'2" tall, 155lbs, dyed brown hair with some grey. She was wearing an orange (rust) skirt with buttons down the front, an orange and green 'waist-tie' belt, a white tshirt, blue wool sweater, and brown orthopedic Oxford-style shoes with a 1.5" heel.
Distinct marks: A hysterectomy scar (6" in length), no appendix, a gold crown on her upper left premolar, several molar teeth missing.
Other items found: A ladies 14 kt. yellow gold wedding band, size 6.5 by the manufacturer "Blue River". A ladies gold birthstone ring, size 6, with an emerald centre stone and two small diamonds. A ladies Gruen brand green wristwatch with a gold face and stainless steel body, decorated with 17 jewels - model number "N225", with the watchmaker's mark "A36269-C".

The surprising thing for me about this woman is that she doesn't fit the bill of 'ignorable cases'--she was married, had nice clothing, jewelry with distinct markings and yet her identity is still a mystery. I find it odd, too, that I can't find any coverage on her regionally. Hopefully we can attain some photographs of her clothing and personal items to make it easier for someone to recognize and identify her.
