Physical description: Female, white, 5'2" tall, 115-140lbs, hazel eyes, long dark blond hair.
Distinct marks: She has a dolphin tattoo on her right shoulder blade, a small bird tattoo on her left upper arm, and a c-section scar. She is pigeon-toed and walks distinctly due to this.
Leads: Shelley has failed to access her bank account since her disappearance.
